We built a custom guest mobile app - every guest scanned a QR code at their table to find their seat, browse the menu, follow the timeline, and share photos in real time. That's the level of production we bring.

We're on-site from vendor load-in to teardown. Senior operator running the floor. Your only job that day is to show up and be in it.

Yakira Hoz has spent a decade producing events - from 200-person corporate offsites to intimate family celebrations. She works at the intersection of logistics and human connection: the unglamorous middle that makes the rest possible.
Based in the SF Bay Area and bilingual (English & Hebrew), she partners with families across the U.S. and Israel on the events that matter most. Every engagement is led by Yakira herself - there is no junior bench, and there are no hand-offs.
